[Order process]

1. Select the number of laces you would like to have replaced, then enter the leather lace color (black, natural, or dark brown) corresponding to the number of laces you would like to have replaced in the "Add order note" section on the "Cart" page, and place your order.

Example: Request for string exchange: 2 "1 black drawstring bag with natural string, 1 natural drawstring bag with dark brown string"

2. A shipping kit based on the number of laces you wish to replace will be sent to your shipping address, usually within 5 business days.

3. Please use the packaging materials included in the shipping kit to pack your Boho Drawstring Bag. Please use the included cash-on-delivery slip to complete the collection procedure and return it. Please keep the customer copy.

4. Once the product arrives at our company, we will complete the repair and ship it to you within two weeks.

Precautions

・Please note that cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted after the delivery kit has arrived.
- If you are unable to receive the finished product within 6 months of shipping, such as by refusing to accept it after it has been completed, we may dispose of the item without notice.
